AWARDS FOR INDIVIDUALS
Outstanding Employer Professional of the Year
- Recognizes the MACE employer member who, through specific achievements or contributions to MACE, has exemplified outstanding professionalism, commitment, and cooperation. These achievements and contributions may include work within MACE, within their respective organizations, and/or contributions during continuous service to the profession. The recipient must have been a member of MACE for at least three consecutive years.
Outstanding Career Services Professional of the Year
- Recognizes the MACE college member who, through specific achievements or contributions to MACE, has exemplified outstanding professionalism, commitment, and cooperation. These achievements and/or contributions may include work within MACE, within their institutions, and/or contributions during continuous service to the profession. The recipient must have been a member of MACE for at least three consecutive years.

- Presented to an individual who has been a member of MACE for no more than two years. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to the profession through at least two of the following areas: their employment with their organization, their involvement with MACE, and/or their participation in other functions or organizations related to college employment.
Distinguished Service
- Awarded to a person who has been a member of MACE for at least five years and during that period has made significant contributions to the Association, as well as the profession. A person may only be considered for this award at the time of or following retirement. This award includes a lifetime membership in MACE.
AWARDS FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Best Practices by An Organization
- Recognizes the MACE employer member who, through specific achievements or contributions within their respective organizations, have successfully implemented innovative systems that demonstrate best practices in hiring, retention and/or community outreach.
Best Practices by A Career Center
- Recognizes the MACE college member who, through specific achievements or contributions within their respective collegiate institutions, have successfully implemented innovative systems that demonstrate best practices in student success and/or workforce readiness.
